He/She will be taking a role alongside the Gallery's Directors on all aspects of sales and client liaison.
This person will identify, plan and implement major sales as well as build and maintain strong relationship with potential and existing art collectors. He or she will also participate alongside the gallery’s directors at international art fairs.
Working closely with the Gallery’s Directors to generate sales keeping the gallery competitive and innovative.
Developing and implementing sales plans and profit targets locally and regionally.
Identifying a new database of young professionals and novice collectors within the area who may have interest in art, including interior designers and architects.
Maintaining and developing relations with collectors, companies looking into build art collections and the general public.
Staying current on the gallery’s represented artists and their respective art practices.
Creating new business opportunities that result in sales.
Travelling to global art fairs.
Sales experience at art galleries or at commercial luxury brands.
Comfortable operating within $1,000 to $100,000 price range.
Excellent command of English and Russian.
Excellent computer skills (Mac/PC).
